Orders and Returns


When placing an order you will be redirected to our secure payment provider, Stripe. Here you will be able to complete your order and pay using any Credit or Debit card as well as Apple Pay or Google Pay if available.


Unfortunately, due to the personalised nature of ours products we are unable to accept returns. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with the final result then we shall work together to see what we can do for you. If your item has been damaged in transit then we will of course replace the item free of charge on successful receipt of proof of the damage.

If your mosaic has not yet been despatched and you're not entirely satisifed with the preview sent to you, we will of course offer a full refund if we are unable to rectify the issue.
